Returns
At CaratBlanc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. It's easy and hassle-free. To initiate a return, please contact us by email, customerservice@caratblanc.com or send a chat message for further instructions. Keep in mind that all our jewellery comes with security tags attached, and removing these tags will void your right to return the item. Custom made products, such as rings, bracelets, necklaces or earrings that are designed, manufactured or engraved to your specifications, are not subject to refunding and returning.
Please make sure to return the item(s) in their original packaging including any provided certificate and accessories, in perfect condition. We cannot accept incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty items.
What steps should I take if my jewellery arrives damaged?
Though we strive to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition through carefully packaging and shipping, if you encounter any damage, please take photos and provide a description of the damage.
