Do you provide international delivery?
At the moment we ship within Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany & Estonia). If you would like to place an order from another country or continent, please send us a message via chat or mail so we can assist you further.

What are the shipping costs?
This will be visible in the checkout. We provide complimentary shipping for orders from €1000,-.

What about packaging?
We take great care to ensure your order is carefully and beautifully packaged in our CaratBlanc gift packaging. It's not just about the jewellery; the unwrapping should also feel like a gift and experience itself.

What kind of payment options do you provide?
We provide several convenient and worry-free payment options. In our checkout you can way with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). When will my order be delivered?
Most of our jewellery pieces are crafted by hand and (custom) made-to-order. It takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks from purchase to delivery, depending on the item. We recommend reviewing the details within each product page for approximate timeline per item. If you are looking for a (last-minute) gift, we suggest checking out our available in-stock jewellery and giftcard.

What is the shipping timeframe for in-stock jewellery?
We dispatch our in-stock jewellery within 5 working days. The actual delivery duration varies depending on the shipping carrier and the destination country. You can easily locate the estimated delivery date by following the provided track & trace link in your email or by checking your personal account on our website.

Can I change my shipping address after I placed an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email or chat. Please note, changing your shipping address may incur additional costs based on taxes to your specified shipping address.

Is my order insured?
We provide secured and insured shipping on all of our packages. Your order is fully insured until it reaches its final destination (the address you provided us in the checkout). If you would like to insure the jewellery once you received the package, we recommend you to contact your insurance agency.
